Rallies
The Region will
encourage the conducting of Rallies in the various disciplines of Pony Club to
improve and evaluate knowledge and so provide fun activities for the members.
Regional Rallies
The Region will request its Clubs to host rallies open to
all Clubs assigned to the region
and to Clubs from other Regions if space allows. As a minimum, one rally will
be held in each of the following disciplines: Dressage; Show Jumping;
Eventing; Tetrathlon; Quiz and Games. All these rallies are subject to
Regional Financial Requirements for Rallies. Only members
who fulfill the requirements of Active Participation, a Member in Good Standing are
eligible to participate in Regional Rallies
Open
Rallies
For the purpose of evaluating skills, learning team work, sportsmanship and
competition strategy, and having fun. These rallies shall be organized to
accommodate as many rating levels as possible under the competition rules.
The following forms are required at each all
Regional and Open Rallies.
One per team, completely fill out and signed.
One per competitor, completely filled out and
signed. For Regional Rallies, only page 2 is needed. Page 3 is
only needed for Championships.
One per competitor, completely filled out and
signed, even if the competitor is 18, it must be signed by a parent.
This would only
impact those members that are still living at home, going to college, or
under the financial responsibility of their parents.
Signed by adult designated as chaperone. This
person must remain on the ground during all rally hours.

The Rally Budget Shall be submitted to the Regional
Supervisor on the Regional Rally Budget Form at
least 60 days prior to the rally for approval. Failure to submit the rally
budget may cause the rally to be cancelled at the discretion of the Regional
Supervisor
Within 15 days after a rally, a Regional
Rally Financial Report on the Regional Form and
a Club check for the Competitors fees collected shall be submitted to the
Regional Supervisor. Failure to do so may cause the club to be no longer
considered in Active Participation status and at the discretion of the
Regional Supervisor may be barred from participating in Regional activities.
