MEMBERSHIPS  

Upon acceptance by club, of application for membership the following procedures must be followed.  All new membership forms MUST be submitted to the National Office  and your Regional Supervisor,  prior to any lessons.

New member must complete;

 

2008 USPC Membership Report  Form (2 sided).  Verify that all required signatures are

there and that the form is completely filled out.  USPC Membership fees are stated at the top of this form.

Make two copies. 

 

[  ]  Mail original to the USPC National office with appropriate check payable to USPC, Inc.

[  ]  Keep one copy for your club records.

[  ]  Mail second copy (front and back)  to your Regional Supervisor  with appropriate check

      payable to Camino Real Region. 

[  ]  Regional dues are;  $25.00 January thru December; prorated $34.00 September 1st

      thru December 31st of the following year.

Complete top information.  Keep original and mail copy to your Regional Supervisor.  Upon occasion you will be asked to resubmit this record.  This is where you keep track your club  member's activities.  Remember, list only the regional activities; rallies, clinics, camp, and ratings.  No lessons  or outside shows, please.
